Claire is a primary school teacher of 16 years and also mum to Oliver, 9 and Eliza, 5, with a passion for children's emotional well-being at the heart of everything we do.

- MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Wellbeing specialising in:
- Children’s Psychological Development;
- Social Anxiety Disorder;
- Family, Societal and Cultural Influences on Children's Mental Well-being;
- The effectiveness of Attachment and Trauma approaches in Primary Schools.
- 16 years teaching Primary School children, which really helps with supporting parents in communicating with schools.
- Trained in ‘Understanding Attachment’- The Solihull Approach.
- Trained in 'Anxiety - Helping Children to Cope.'
- Trained in 'How to Run Lego Therapy Intervention.'
- Mental Health Champion – accredited by Place2Be, which covered how early experiences shape the way we perceive ourselves and relate to others, and how those experiences create the pathways in the brain that support our development. This training also covered what a child’s behaviour might be communicating about their underlying needs.
- Trained in 'Managing Challenging and Violent Behaviour - Primary Age Group.'
- Completed training based on 'When the Adults Change' by Paul Dix.
- Post-Graduate Certificate in Education - Primary Key Stage 1 and 2.
- Experienced school Personal, Social, Health and Economic (PSHE) lead.
- Enhanced DBS check (October 2023 - registered with update system).
